A first responder therapy and training practice
The Challenge
After having launched and grown a successful counseling practice focused on first responder trauma therapy, Cinnamon desired to reign in the practice management duties and return to her roots as therapist.
This new focus required Whole House to redefine itself, service offering, and clearly communicate its methodology and expected results.
The challenge was how to clarify this new approach and communicate it to desired audiences, all while getting maximum revenue.
The Process
We started with a 90-day game plan and establish 5 goals to focus on.
Then, we will solidified market/message match so that we could emotionally connect to ideal clients.
We dove deep on ideal customer profiling and a detailed Customer Journey Mapping for each profile to determine the specific content/activites/messages to move a prospect from stranger to raving fan.
We rebuilt the website to communicate the new practice model and streamlined services, including a branding overhaul.
Finally, we created a concrete outreach plan that included email marketing, attending conferences, and in-person & online networking.
