Common Questions

I read your Process. Do I have to do all of that?

There are times when a new client has a solid foundation and deep understanding of the ideal client, the proper messaging, and a solid brand. These cases are the exception. We will never overprescribe or go through the motions for the sake of it. Our goal is to get you to where you want to go as quickly as possible... the right way.

Are you a full-service marketing agency?

No. We focus on branding, messaging, automation, and sales funnels. We coach clients on things like social media, but we do not do things like social media management, direct mail services, a la carte print design, etc. Everything we do is relationship to your sales funnel and automation. Rarely do full-service agencies who do everything well. We prefer to specialize in what we do best.

Do you do websites?

We make what others tell us are awesome websites and sales pages. Just like our branding work, these are usually done in consideration of a full sales and automation process. There are exceptions, but we rarely take on a la carte web projects without the context of the entire sales process.

Do you do logos?

A logo is an important part of branding, but only a part. It is a visual signal of what you do, who you do it for, and how you are different. We do brand tune-ups and full, fresh brand designs. This is usually in the context of a larger strategy, but in the right situation, we make offer a standalone branding project.

Do you work with businesses other than coaches, speakers, therapists, and trainers?

In some cases, yes. We work with these businesses because we believe in ripple effect of helping those who help others. For other business categories, the personal attitude and vision of the business owner is a deciding factor. If your sole driving force is revenue, with little consideration of your impact, we are likely not for you.

That said, we specialize in service businesses. Strictly e-commerce or retail product brands are not a good fit.
