The Challenge
When AK was referred to us she already had established herself as a respected burnout coach for first responders. She was working on her first book, she was actively coaching, and speaking at events and conferences. She was a social media whiz with 55,000+ followers on Tiktok.
The only problem was she didn't love her brand.
She had been through branding process, and had a website, but it didn't "feel like her."
AK also wanted a way to systematically reach out to clients and prospects, create programs, deliver a newsletter, and add automation to her practice.
The Process
With a clear understanding of her market and unique apprach, we began with brand design. Once AK loved it, we created some landing pages for her speaking services and her "knock & talk".
Then we designed the full website with the aim of making it easy to enroll into coaching and book speaking gigs.
As we were wrapping up web design, AK launched her first book, Beat The Burnout. It immediately ranked #1 in her category. So we created bulk order and signed copy pages to help book sales.
Next, we created an automated onbarding process for her clients to provide her pertinent background information, sign an agreement, pay her invoice, and schedule the coaching session all in one simple flow.
Finally, we created and opt-in process for AK's newsletter, Friday High Five. She uses the same system for all of her business needs including client communication and marketing.
